How to Get Involved
The success of this event is dependent on the community and
you!
There are various ways to partner with our event:
Neighborhood Clean Sweep
Kick off the event with a neighborhood clean-up. You can request assistance from a volunteer
team.
Community Partners &
Health Fair
A benefit to both residents and organizations/businesses is
to host a table at the event to develop relationships with the community. Participants can anticipate over a thousand
individuals visiting their displays. Spaces
are free and are limited – first come first serve.
Prize Donations
Throughout the evening, raffles and games will be held for
all participants. Examples of prize
donations from previous years: Event
tickets, T-shirts, Gift Cards, Bicycles and more!
Financial Support
This event cannot be possible without the financial
partnership of our community organizations and businesses. All donations are tax deductible as allowed
by law. Take advantage of the
promotional connections that result from being a financial donor and consider
sponsoring:

mobility or other barriers ($500 value)
